Outage Management at Opticomm
Opticomm, as a telecommunications service provider, is committed to complying with the Telecommunications (Customer Communications for Outages) Industry Standard Variation 2025 (No.1) (the Standard), effective from 30 June 2025.

Our Commitments During Outages
Timely Notifications
We'll notify affected customers in line with the timeline required under the Standard, and provide details on the outage, including the cause, impacted services, and estimated restoration time.
Regular Updates
We'll keep customers informed throughout the outage, including any significant, material changes.
Restoration Notices
Once services are restored, affected customers will be promptly notified.
